In this photo released by the Ohio Department of Health, shipment of Tamiflu vaccine is received and stored by the Ohio National Guard at an undisclosed location Tuesday, April 28, 2009 in Ohio. Laboratory testing shows the new virus is treatable by the anti-flu drugs Tamiflu and Relenza, and the first shipments from a federal stockpile arrived Wednesday in New York City and several other locations in the U.S.. The government was shipping to states enough medication to treat 11 million people as a precaution. (AP Photo/Ohio Department of Health)AP - Hundreds of schools scattered around the country closed as the nation's swine flu caseload passed 100 Thursday, and U.S. authorities said they eventually could produce enough vaccine for everyone if necessary

Souter Out – Who Will Obama Pick?

Written on April 30th, 2009 by adminno shouts

Cross-Posted FROM Gribbit’s Word

With over 100 unfilled positions in the Obama Infestation, President Juggears will have the opportunity to fill another vacancy - Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. National Public Radio is reporting that Justice David Souter - a Republican disappointment to say the least - will be announcing his retirement from the high court.

This prompts the question - Who will the POTUS appoint to fill turn-coat Souter’s seat on the high court?

Using the logic that Barry will be under tremendous pressure to replace Souter with a woman and understanding the political debts that he owes the Chicago Democrat Machine for his election, I predict that he will select Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan. Madigan has a 100% rating from Planned Parenthood which fulfills Juggears’ pro-death agenda. AND Madigan served in the Illinois Senate with Juggears. They are pals according to her Wikipedia page.

My other suggestion would be ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero to pander to the gay community but I think that he’s saving Romero as a replacement for Ginsburg or Stevens.

Joe Biden- What can you say?

Well, the Hundred days was going so well that the White House pet handlers figured that they would let Joe Biden off of his leash for a run. They had been keeping him in that really cool “undisclosed location” that Dick Cheney used to use.

No sooner than they loosed the hound, than he sniffed his way to the Today show, because he couldn’t find a hydrant, and proceeded to reaffirm just why Barama picked him for VP. (Hint: it wasn’t brains). While he was there, getting pats on his head, he went off the reservation, talking candidly, as only Amtrak Joe can.

He was asked about concerns about the swine flu. Now someone in the White House staff fo,rgot to trank Joey with ritalin, and make him repeat the government mantra, so he just answered off the top of his head (hence the bad hairplugs).

Asked about concerns regarding the possible pandemic, he responded that he sure wouldn’t travel in a plane or subway, or bus, because all of these places were close contact places, and if someone sneezed, or coughed, the effects would be far worse than in the open air. He furthered stated that he had told his family not to travel. He was candid, he was fairly truthful, and he was a loose cannon for the administration, in a delicate time. One cannot simply tell the unfiltered truth in this administration- that would set a very bad precedent.

Mr. Emmanuel must have shot coffee out his nose when he saw the Today show. There is a difference between being a Senator where you can booze it up and tell off color jokes, and be excused, to being the second- in - command, someone who could step into the president’s duties ….” In case the winner is unable to perform his / her duties, the first runner- up will proudly wear the sash of Miss(ed) America”.

Now we come to the real reason that Joe Biden was picked for Veep. He is an incompetent, and anyone, or anything, for that matter, looks better by comparison to him. It’s not that he is a bad guy- I mean, I do not like his politics, but I don’t doubt that within his world, he truly believes he IS Joe Six-pack. But he won’t shut up, and that’s a problem for the Democrats in the administration, because they have to do something with him. An unsupervised Joe Biden would be a horror show for liberals as he would deconstruct his party by talking, and talking, and talking. With NO filter.

Oh My God- when all this is over, I am going to have to get his greatest hits- if you Google Joe Biden, you get ten pages of sites that specialize in Joe Biden Gaffes. Does anyone besides me think maybe that might not be the best picture of a Vice- President? Heck, I have trouble seeing him as a fry cook.

I’ll get down to brass tacks here, and say what is the elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about- the real, the true , the ONLY reason Joe Biden was chosen.

Because everyone, and I mean everyone, will make sure that Barama sees the end of his term NO MATTER WHAT, because the possibility of Biden as President scares them to death. Every nation up to and including Belgium would be laughing at us even more than they are now.

And this gives us a view on just how cynical and pragmatic Barama is, that he would choose someone such as Joe - any one else would have based their decision on what would have been good for the country, but Barama chose based on how best could this choice effect him. How narcissistic and effete of him, because let’s face it- if for some unforeseen reason Joe had to be President, his first decision might be to give everyone a toy with their meal. That would be Joe being Joe- a guy you might not mind lending your mower to, but you damn sure do not want to see his finger ANYWHERE near the red button.

You could trust him with your weedeater, but not the country.

And that is exactly why Barama chose him.
