Hard fought recreation funding for the parish at last

Those living in Little London will be aware of the new development of the Old Mill, but thanks to great work by the Parish Council and Len Gates the Parish will be £4590 better off.New developments can attract a charge (called a section 106 charge, after the section in the planning act) that the community can gain from the new development. We are delighted to announce that this cash will go towards, sports pitches, informal recreation and play spaces, including Little London playing field. Parish Councillor Nigel Gooding has been given the task of working with the playing fields association, Parish and Test Valley and determining what it should be spent on, so please any ideas call him or email nigel.gooding@hotmail.com or 01264336167.
